Refusing Certification
Certification may be refused if Major Nonconformities are not closed within the agreed
timeframe or if the certification requirements are not fulfilled.
Suspension, Withdrawal, Cancellation or Reduction of
Certification
● Failure to comply with certification requirements may result in suspension of
certification.
● Non-payment of fees or misuse of certification marks or logos may lead to
withdrawal of certification.
● Clients whose certification has been cancelled or withdrawn shall immediately
discontinue the use of certification marks, logos, and certificates.
● Clients may request cancellation of certification by submitting a written request.
● The scope of certification may be reduced based on audit findings,
nonconformities, or at the client’s request.
