General Conditions for Certification
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement by giving 30 days written notice.
Confidentiality
Information obtained during assessment and certification activities shall remain
confidential unless disclosure is required by law.
Force Majeure
Delays caused by war, natural disasters, fire, labor disputes, or other events beyond
reasonable control shall not constitute a default.
Law
All agreements are governed by the applicable laws of India and subject to the
jurisdiction of Delhi.
Fees
Fees are payable within 7 days from the date of invoice and may be revised during the
certification period.
Conditions for Maintaining Certification
β Surveillance audits shall be conducted as scheduled.
β The Management System shall be maintained effectively.
β Internal audits and management reviews shall be conducted at regular intervals.
β Customer complaints and corrective actions shall be recorded and addressed.
β All dues payable to V3 Quality Certification Private Limited shall be cleared.
