Application for Certification
The client organization seeking certification of its Management System to ISO 9001:2015, ISO
14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 should submit detailed information in the prescribed format.
The completed Quotation Request Form shall be signed by an authorized representative and
submitted to V3 Quality Certification Private Limited.
The client organization should be prepared to provide additional information or allow
representatives of V3 Quality Certification Private Limited to visit the client site for the purpose
of gathering further information.
The Quotation Request Form is reviewed by V3 Quality Certification Private Limited to ascertain
the clarity of certification requirements and its capability to provide the required certification
services.
Documentation Review
A document review is conducted to assess the documented Management System against the
requirements of the applicable standard.
Pre-Assessment Audit
Before the actual assessment, a detailed examination of the client’s Management System may
be undertaken. This is an optional part of the certification process.
Certification Audit
An assessment team visits the organization’s premises to verify compliance with the procedures
and requirements described in the Management System documentation and the applicable
standard.
Nonconformity Report
If a nonconformity is detected during the assessment, a Nonconformity Report shall be issued
and corrective action shall be initiated.
● Minor nonconformities require documentary evidence for verification.
● Major nonconformities require a follow-up audit or verification activity.
● Certificates shall not be issued unless all major nonconformities are effectively closed.
Recommendation for Certification
Organizations are recommended for certification after the closure of all identified
nonconformities and approval by the Certification Committee.
Surveillance Audit
Surveillance audits are conducted periodically to ensure continued compliance with certification
requirements.
● At least one surveillance audit shall be conducted each year.
● Six-month surveillance audits may be conducted, where applicable.
● Major nonconformities may require a follow-up audit.
● Failure to implement corrective actions may result in suspension of certification.
Re-Certification Audit
Certification is valid for three years. A comprehensive re-certification audit is conducted before
the expiry of the certification cycle to determine continued conformity and eligibility for renewal.
Special Audit
Special audits may be conducted in cases of major nonconformities, extension of scope,
complaints, significant changes affecting the Management System, or other circumstances that
may impact certification status.
